Refund Policy for Rina Crystal Design

1. Custom-Made, No Change-of-Mind Returns

All bracelets are designed and handcrafted specifically for each order. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind (e.g., “I don’t like it”, “it doesn’t fit”, “the color looks different”).

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your bracelet arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

We will review and either:

  • Issue a full refund, or
  • Send a free replacement

You will not be required to return the damaged item.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.

4. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
