1. Custom & Handmade Goods
All bracelets are designed and handcrafted by Rina, specifically for each order. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. For damaged or faulty items, please refer to our Refund Policy.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship from China. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or weather conditions. Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
3. Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict them.
4. Intellectual Property
All product designs, images, text, and branding on this website are the property of Rina Crystal Design. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.
5. Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. Orders placed before a price change will be honored at the original price.
6. Age Restriction
Our products are intended for purchase and use by adults aged 18 years and over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use this website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our bracelets contain small parts and natural stones. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of our products. By purchasing, you assume all risks associated with wearing the product.
